Glasnevin Housing Report July 2024: Part V and New Social Housing Developments
As part of Dublin City Councils ongoing commitment to address housing needs in our community, I am pleased to provide an update on the current status and future plans for social housing in Glasnevin. The data below outlines the various schemes under construction, approved acquisitions, and pre-planning stages, highlighting our progress and future milestones. To be eligible, prospective tenants must be registered on the Dublin City Council housing waiting list.
Unfortunately, there are currently no properties available in Glasnevin under any of the following schemes which is disappointing; the Affordable Purchase Homes scheme, Regeneration Projects in Developments scheme, Adaptive Reuse scheme, or the Buy and Renew Scheme (Derelict/Vacant properties 2024).
