The residential development at Millfield View on Glasnevin Hillis now complete, and Co-operative Housing Ireland (CHI) has taken all 101 residential units, with tenancies allocated through Dublin City Council’s Choice Based Lettings scheme. New residents are moving in on a phased basis throughout the summer of 2026.
This development is well under construction and will consist of a 5 to 6 storey apartment blocks. We understand that Co-operative Housing Ireland (CHI) will take 44 of the units, with tenancies allocated through Dublin City Council’s Choice Based Lettings scheme. The same as the Millfield View development on Glasnevin Hill.
